After each of my session packages, all unedited photos from the shoot will be send to client for selection.
Client will get 100 Max light edits + the retouch from the package selected.

Do I need to make a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is of the session fee required to confirm your booking time slot.
How do I access my pictures when they are finished?
I will send you a link to a website with a pin code so that you are the only one who can access and download your pictures. Your pictures will be stored for up to 21 business days. This means you should download all your pictures within that time frame. (If you have any issues, please reach out to me for help.)
Are event images edited the same as your portrait work?
Event photography images are edited for color correction, proper exposure & proper crop of all images. Portrait style retouching ie: skin softening, blemish/stain removal, body adjustments etc. Are offered to client at a per image rate.
How many photos will I receive?
Depending on the session and package you will receive 7 or 12 retouch pictures and 30-100 light edit returned. This is the base number however, the total number fluctuates depending on outfit changes and locations.
If you desire more than the 7 or 12 retouches portrait package amount you are able to purchase more at N$95 per picture.
Do you have any makeup artist you can recommend?
Yes, I work with the best 7 makeup artists in town and would happy recommend the any to you.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes sure, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable but if you paid the full fee then I can refund the other 50% if you cancel 72hours before your session.
NB: Can only reschedule your session once.!
What is the turnaround time for pictures?
My typical turnaround time for pictures is usually within 3-10 business days but can also be delay by prior sessions.
NB: I also offer express delivery within 24-72hours depending on the type of session.

How far should we book in advance?
We recommend booking as soon as you are sure Bay Loft Studio is perfect for your event or portraiture needs.
Do I pick out the location for an outdoors/location shoot?
Yes. If you have a location in mind let's talk about it and see if it's the best fit. If you don't I have a list of locations I have used in the past that I can offer as help. I will only share my input once the session deposit has been paid.
You have to make all reservation at the location e.g hotel, restaurant or any private property etc.
Do you have specific hours for shooting?
If we are shooting outdoors, Ideal shooting times are between 8 am-11 am or 6 pm-7 pm ( depending on daylights saving time) This is to try to avoid the sun being too harsh.
However, if you want to shoot indoor or studio, then anytime between 8 am - 7 pm is fine.
